Welcome to Pepe Engineering’s website. This privately owned firm, established in 1960, specializes in various facets of civil & structural engineering design services, and also undertakes construction management and surveying tasks.

Using the latest equipment and technologies, Pepe Engineering provides its clients, both in the public and private sectors, with quality services in a timely manner. Although the firm has undertaken projects in places as far away as the former Soviet Republic of Kazakhstan and in Nigeria, in the heart of the African Continent, the firm’s emphasis has been on various Transportation and Land Development Projects in Harris and the surrounding counties of South East Texas.
